Disappointed

The earrings I received look nothing like what was advertised. I understand that natural stones can look different depending on the cut but these earrings truly look like glass. There are no inclusions and it is uniformly shiny all the way around. The metal band surrounding the stone was also much thicker than expected. It doesn't feel like I was delivered the product I was promised!

Great Product...Not So Great Service

I am happy with the earrings I purchased for my wife for Mother's Day. I ordered them on 4/28. A week goes by with no status change so I emailed to ask about why they hadn't shipped yet. I was told that they would be here before Mother's Day. That didn't happen unfortunately. Please don't assure customer's that the product will arrive on time it you're not sure. Especially when I (the customer) was tracking the package the entire time and wrote asking why it was still in NJ more than a week after being ordered.
