Return Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

* Along with our regular 30-day return policy, items bought between October 16, 2024 and December 15, 2024, qualify for extended returns or exchanges until January 15, 2025.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Jewelry that has been damaged, modified, or worn.
  • Custom or special-order items that were created based on your specifications.
  • Items repaired, resized, or engraved by another jeweler.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return: Fill out our Online Return form available on our website. Click here to initiate return.
  2. Receive RMA: After submission, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.
  3. Shipping Label: You will receive a prepaid, fully insured shipping label for your return. Each customer is eligible for one free return label per order.

Pack Your Jewelry Securely

Please pack your item(s) in the original product box or a sturdy alternative. Be sure to include a note with your name and order number, and clearly indicate whether you are requesting an exchange, a refund, or a product resizing/repair.

All returns need an RMA number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. If you send a package without an RMA number, after the return period, or without proper packaging or insurance, it won’t be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 to 4 business days after the inspection, credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow us 8 to 12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Note: All certificates and documentation provided with your purchase must be returned along with the item. Failure to do so may result in a deduction of $100 from your refund.

Repair

If you request a repair during the return period, the repair and shipping (One time) will be free.

If the return period has passed, please contact our Customer Service Team. You can still use our Lifetime Warranty services, but you'll need to pay for shipping and insurance both ways.

We offer following complimentary services under our Lifetime Warranty:

  • Cleaning, polishing, and gemstone tightening
  • Rhodium re-plating
  • One free ring resizing within the first year

Resizing

The first resizing is free, including shipping, if requested within 30 days. Purchases from Oct 16 to Dec 15, 2024, qualify for free resizing until Jan 15, 2025.

After the return period, you can ship it yourself or buy a $35 (plus taxes, domestic) or $60 (plus taxes, international) shipping label. Additional resizing costs $50 (plus taxes).

Domestic Returns

  • Free returns within the U.S. during the 30 days return window.
  • Free return shipping labels provided.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges for all Lifetime Warranty services. To keep your product safe, you can either pay $35 (plus taxes) for a one-way insured shipping label or manage the shipping and insurance on your own. In both cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

International Returns

For international returns, shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility. To protect your product, you can either handle the shipping and insurance yourself or request an insured shipping label from us. The cost for a one-way insured shipping label is $60 (plus taxes). Customer will cover shipping costs for both ways.
