SERVICES WE USE

To make sure your jewelry arrives safely on time, we have partnered with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx & USPS. Depending on your location, we will select the best option to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

INSURANCE
We've got your shipment covered by insurance until it safely reaches your doorstep. To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend being available at the shipping address when your package arrives. Once delivered, Lustre and Light holds no responsibility for the package. In case of unavailability, someone you trust can sign and receive the package for you at the designated address.

APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes and U.S. Territories

When your order is shipped to APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes, or U.S. Territories via USPS, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. It typically takes about 8 to 12 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that the estimated delivery date shown is for U.S. addresses only and does not apply to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

ORDER TRACKING

The moment we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow the journey of your package every step of the way, giving you peace of mind until it arrives at your door. To make sure you receive all our notifications, please add our email ID to your address book. We also suggest checking your 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders regularly, so you don’t miss any important emails from us.

Cancellation and Changes in Order

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, the order may already be in the shipping process, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it after it arrives. Please get in touch with us if you prefer to personally collect your package.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We want your order to reach you smoothly, so please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If there is an issue with delivery because of the wrong address, we cannot be responsible, but we will do our best to help if it happens.

DELAYED DELIVERIES

Sometimes things are beyond our control—like weather delays or carrier issues. If we run into any unforeseen delays, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated delivery date, so you’re not left wondering.

These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
