Moissanite Cross Pendant Necklace with 18" Chain

Buyer Beware. This is the second review I've submitted and I don't do reviews, generally. It looks like they've removed my initial review (probably because it was a poor one). That tells you something right there. This is a beautiful necklace but I ordered it to give to my daughter on her 13th birthday. Despite receiving a shipping confirmation, it never showed up. Things happen...I get it. But this company's response was slow, they were not helpful or apologetic and would not expedite shipping so my daughter could have a gift on her birthday. As a single mother, this was a big purchase for me and supposed to be a very special gift. Order well in advance if you want something. I had a few weeks and that wasn't far enough in advance. Fast forward 2.5 months...the chain broke on her necklace (she takes it off at night and doesn't wear it for sports). They do not stand by their product outside of 30 days. What would it cost them to replace the chain? Nothing, compared to the business they are losing. I would have loved to be a repeat customer because they have beautiful jewelry. Not sure who's running this business but they need to work on customer service.
